STAY TO PLAY POLICY
All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament MUST make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services.
Please do not call the hotels directly and book through the reservation link below.

Nona Sports Club has teamed up with HBC Event Services to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event.
These special arrangements and discounted rates are only available via this website.
YOU MAY NOT BOOK HOTELS OUTSIDE OF HBC EVENT SERVICES AT THE RISK OF BEING DENIED ACCEPTANCE TO THE EVENT.
This is a STAY-TO-PLAY TOURNAMENT - all hotel reservations must be made through HBC Event Services by January 3rd to guarantee tournament room rates.
Stay-to-Play minimum room requirement is 70% of your team roster.
If hotel availability appears limited, online booking is unavailable, or it is after January 2nd, contact HBC directly at 505-346-0522 or via email at support@hbceventservices.com for accommodation solutions.
Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
